At advance athletics, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy.

Return policy

Eligibility:

• Must be in the United Arab Emirates
• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Final sale items and personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to return:

1. Request a return authorization: contact our customer service team at hi@advance.ae to request a return authorization. provide your order number, exact items you want to return and reason for return.
2. Prepare Your return package: repack the items securely in their original packaging.
3. Ship your return: customers will receive a WhatsApp/SMS text to confirm a courier will pick up the order in the next few days. the delivery company will bring a pouch for collection; if the items do not fit in the pouch, they must be sealed by the customer in the original packaging. non-sealed returns will not be collected.

Exchanges

How to exchange:

1. Request an exchange: contact our customer service team at hi@advance.ae. please provide your order number, reason for the return, and indicate both the item you wish to return and the new item you wish to receive.
2. Follow return instructions: return the original item following the steps outlined in our return policy.
3. Receive your new item: once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.

Refunds

Processing time:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account (this is not something that we can control from our end).

Damaged or incorrect Items:

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hi@advance.ae with photos and details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
